I use the Mueller 12-Cup Drip Coffee Maker regularly, and it has become a dependable part of my daily routine. I also really like the reusable filter because it’s convenient, saves money over time, and reduces waste since I don’t need to keep buying paper filters. The brewing process is simple and straightforward, which I appreciate in the mornings when I don’t want anything complicated. It brews a full 12-cup pot fairly quickly, and the coffee comes out consistently hot and flavorful. The keep-warm function does a good job maintaining temperature without making the coffee taste burnt or overly bitter. The auto-off feature is another detail I find useful because it adds peace of mind if I forget to turn it off when I leave the house. The anti-drip system also works well, allowing me to remove the carafe mid-brew without making a mess. Cleanup is easy since the parts are simple to rinse and maintain. Got it for camping for our travel trailer. Used it for camping. Left it outside sitting 3 days in cold 36 degree temp and it stood strong and made great hot coffee each morning and throughout the day. I was worried about it using it outside in the elements but this coffee machine is great! Simple to use and the filter tray easy to rinse. Coffee definitely stayed hot for 2hrs plus after brewed. For the price it’s awesome. Definitely recommend it.

This 12 cup drip coffee maker is an excellent value, with great performance and a slightly more compact design than many comparable machines. The shorter, wider carafe helps with this, especially if you’re working with limited counter space or low cabinets. It’s very easy to use, just add grounds to the reusable filter, fill the reservoir, press the button, and you’re good to go. Brewing speed is on par with other machines, and it produces a consistently good cup of coffee with a nice balance in flavor. The reusable filter is a big plus, and the included scoop is a convenient bonus. Clear water level markings on both the machine and carafe make measuring easy, and the 2 hour auto shut-off works perfectly and adds peace of mind. The only minor drawback is that the filter basket holder doesn’t always lock perfectly into place and the lid needs a little extra push to lock it in place. Aside from that small nitpick, it’s a fantastic coffee maker for the price and a great choice, especially if you catch it on sale! Versatile, portable enough for an office setting, and all in all an excellent recommendation!

We were happy to hear from them and accepted the offer for a replacement coffee maker. We have been using it for about a week and it works perfectly and makes great coffee. I’ve been keeping careful watch. There are absolutely no leaks at all. It’s so refreshing to have a seller who cares and made it all right! Thank you so much Original review: Worked fine for just under two months and then started slowly leaking somewhere around the water tank. I didn’t realize at first since I kept it on a lined tray on the counter. Unfortunately I’d already recycled the box and very sad.

I was looking to replace my coffee maker due to leakage and came across this one on Amazon. The most important feature to me was auto shut off after 2 hrs. for safety. I had a friend that lost her house to a fire that was believed to have started from the coffee maker. I can’t take a chance like that when my dogs are left crated when I leave. I can’t count the times Ive had to turn around and go home to check the coffee got turned off. The second important thing was no bells and whistles. I don’t use them. This model has an on/off switch. That’s it. Great! The third was cost and this came in 1st in affordability for a coffee maker with automatic shut off. I understand this is a family owned business and I love supporting small businesses. Thank you, for a great product at an affordable price! Also, makes a great pot of coffee! Forgot that😂

This is probably the first coffee maker I have ever owned where the carafe doesn't leak or drip when pouring water. That alone moves it close to perfection as far as usability. In addition to that, the whole top of the unit opens as the lid for filling the reservoir, which is another great design for easy use. The single button eliminates the need to re-program the clock every time the power goes out, along with all the other programming I did on my last coffee maker each time. No need to change the clock for daylight savings because there is no clock. Just one button. On, then off. Of course, you can use that same button to turn it back on again. Which brings me to the only design flaw I've found. The automatic shut off is only 2 hours. I drink my pot of coffee in 4 hours. I need a 4-hour shut off, or else I have to go and press that button to keep the warming plate hot after the 2 hours shutoff. So now it's a weighing game. Which is most valuable? I could not find any other maker with the 4-hour shut off like my last model, so it may be a moot question. But it will be on my mind every day hence forth until this coffee maker dies like so many others have before. The one before last I repaired a few times, but my most recent one has some damned triangle head screws so I can't even open the thing to try and repair. Mueller with their no-drip carafe brings me my coffee now, but my coffee gets cold before I finish the pot if I don't remember to push that single button and re-activate the warming plate. And so it will be.

This is a great coffee maker. I didn't want high-tech, digital extra additions and see zero need to connect a coffee maker to my phone, lol! It's well made and makes good coffee. Got a sweet hand written note from them thanking me for my purchase.
