Review: Sad that this wasn’t seen before return date, hoping manufacturer can help - I have this as a Christmas gift to a family, of course it wasn’t opened until summer, and there are so many parts missing that it is unusable.
Review: Well worth it - We had a lot of fun with it. It is not made for high level play since the rim is one inch higher when you clip it on, but it is a really nice experience. Well, I suppose you could clip the rim under the net, the net is still large enough to fit over it (I tested), but I didn’t play with it like that so someone else may know if it works well. That being said, the light works very well and after a few play, you barely feel the difference in the weight of the ball. Very worth it if you want to enjoy a late game. I strongly recommend.

**Q: Does the bigger rim extender impact rim calls more?**

Thanks for reaching out! We have found that attaching the Spikebrite over the rims is not drastically impacting the amount of rims that are hit during play. We did notice that having the rim attachment is actually making it easier and more clear to call rim shots, as they become more obvious.

**Q: Do the balls work the same as regular/pro balls?**
A: Hey! The balls are the same size as the Regular and Pro balls. The Spikebrite ball is ever-so-slightly heavier than the Pro ball due to the electronics inside of it, but it should not make a difference during casual play :)

I ordered this for myself and a group of buddies that play spikeball for hours at a time. After a recent beach trip where we had to pack it in early due to sunset we talked about how we wished there was a way to play at night. A week later spikebrite was announced and I was stoked. I haven't had much playtime yet but my friends and I played a handful of games a few days ago and everything worked perfectly. The rim was well lit and extremely easy to see as well as the ball. Just make sure to charge it before each use as the battery on both the ball and the rim seem to die over time even if they aren't used. I know this was long but hopefully it was helpful if you're considering this purchase.
