Elite Vanilla Flavored Instant Coffee 7oz

This is a wonderful coffee. The secret to making it, is to put a few drops of hot water with your coffee/sugar mixture, then mix vigorously. Then, pour in the rest of the hot water. If you do this, you'll unlock the full potential of this amazing coffee!

As instant coffee goes, it's about as good as it gets. Better than Nescafe or Folgers.

Don't get the vanilla flavor. Smells great, but the regular flavor tastes better IMO.

I’m so over the whole trendy, expensive coffee kick I’ve been on for years. I shudder to think of how much dough I’ve dropped on coffees grown and shipped from everywhere except the North Pole. Then figure in the Chemex, the aero press, the nepresso, etc. Lastly, the crux of the matter is this...I’m not a morning person. When I get out of bed, it’s a solid 2 hours before I can think straight much less perform some kind of barista ballet to get a decent cup of joe. I was browsing through coffee options and came across this Israeli brand of (OMG) instant coffee and just because the can looked super cool, I ordered it. Holy smokes. I’m not going to pull your leg and say this is the best coffee I’ve ever had because it’s certifiably not. But...it’s really good. And it’s INSTANT. I got the mocha and I am very pleased with the taste and I’m most definitely going to be buying more. My suggestion is if you’re even looking at this review, you should try it. Be floored like I was...or hate it. Whatever, it’s $10.

Love this coffee....

I was looking for a good chocolate-flavored instant coffee since Juan Valdez's version isn't available anymore and found this favorably reviewed on Amazon, so I thought I'd try it. I noticed that no list of ingredients was shown or given on Amazon, so I'm enclosing a picture of it. Other than the expected coffee, its all "artificial flavors," which is quite disappointing. I opened the can anyhow and was greeted by a strong acrid, almost putrid smell, and made a hot cup with it. I could not taste the slightest hint of a milky or chocolaty flavor, and the smell was... pretty bad, as I've mentioned. After a couple of sips, the bitterness got to me, so I poured it out and will see about returning it. Perhaps I got a bad batch (although it's well within the expiration date, see the other picture), but I'd call the flavor "fresh asphalt" or something - it's definitely not mocha. I was really looking forward to this new treat, and am very disappointed.
