Garofalo Potato Gnocchi

Packet had a leak and produce went mouldy before it could be used. Unable to comment on taste but value for money - it certainly wasn’t.

ordered 20 packers on Thursday 12th October, They arrived on Saturday 14th October, but were out of date. See photo - Date 24th Sept 2023 I would like a refund but can not seem to see how to arrange this

I bought these as I'd somehow managed to leave gnocchi off my supermarket delivery and I'd got everything else for the recipe. I usually buy fresh gnocchi from the fridge section and these are the longer life vacuum packed version but they worked excellently for what I needed. The recipe required me to fry these so they went crispy on the outside - when I've tried to do this in the past - or tried to traybake them the results have been disappointing, often resulting in the gnocchi going stodgy or falling apart - generally doing not what the recipe says they should. I now think I've found the solution - the vacuum packed gnocchi hold together much better than the fresh and fried up beautifully, all golden and crispy on the outside. I will definitely be buying these again, I think they are a great store-cupboard standby.

I find this taste strange. Not like proper potato gnocchi.

Sind nicht glutenfrei das ist gelogen . "feinstes Weizenmehl " da is Gluten drin . also danke für nichts !!!!! Teuer und glutengaltig .

stores well, quickly done in the frying pan or with a stew, a cupboard staple for me

Gnocchi sottovuoto, perfetti per quando non si sa cosa preparare in quanto si possono conservare a lungo senza doverli mettere nel frigo, Garofalo è sempre un'ottima marca.
