Water thicker
You don't need to use as much as I thought or it says on the package. So better value for the money. You just have to mix well with hot water not warm. I found this worked better,no lumps.

Weighed it and it was 4 oz as stated. Been using it to marble for years. On time. Package in tact and no unnecessary wasteful packaging so all the money goes into the quality. Kind of like perfume and perfume bottles.

It's smaller than what I was expecting. A package that measures roughly 3"x5" (75mm x 125mm), that's not a reflection on the product other than framing expectations when ordering it. Everything else is good though and after shopping around, this was one of the more economical options for Carageenan.
