Vigo Authentic Coconut Ginger Rice, Imported Jasmine (Coconut Ginger, 8 Ounce (Pack of 12))

I couldn't find this anymore at local grocery stores. It's a great accompiment to the 2 lb Coconut Curry Chicken I found at Costco. I'm sharing this with friends and family. Other Indian and Asian entrees should also pair well. The flavor is excellent. Dried coconut milk powder is in the spice mix. Most of the Vigo products are both test and economical.

This rice is yummy!!! Love the flavors! I made it in my rice cooker using the measurements on the pkt, turned out perfectly! Will definitely buy again!

yum! cooked it in small dutch oven. added olive oil and a diced clementine. so good! paired it with chicken thighs i soaked in teriyaki and cooked on grill in aluminum foil "tray" filled with teriyaki. best meal ive had in a while. ive eaten their yellow rice many times. i usually add fresh jalapeno onion garlic broccoli and carrots diced up. comes out awesome everytime. i use olive oil instead of butter.

I purchased a bag of this rice at my local grocery store during a sale, and really liked it! When I went back to get more, I discovered the grocery store doesn’t carry it anymore, and neither do any other stores in the area. So, I was excited to find it offered on Amazon. Although I didn’t need 12 bags, and it’ll take a long time to use them all, the price is good, so it’s worth it to me to store them. This rice is easy to prepare, pretty much like any other rice. I like the texture and flavor. I’m going to try adding some fresh ginger and coconut to my next batch, just for a fresh extra kick of flavor.

The taste is great but the spices are stuck together in the bag. Need to find a way to ship it without compromising the product.

We absolutely love this rice! I add some extra ginger to it, but it's soooo good, especially with Snapper that I coat with panko crumbs & coconut! You do have to cook it longer than the package states.

This coconut rice is delicious. I used to buy at local grocery but they quit carrying it so I just buy it by the case now and everyone I make it for loves it! It's a great complement to lots of different main dishes.
