Would this be suitable for a Suzuki alto sz3?

I have no idea as I bought mine for a Ford Galaxy, not a Suzuki Alto. I suggest you measure your existing wiper & go from there. The choice of makes, sizes & prices are almost infinite! I'm very pleased with my replacement wiper.

I have an 04 plate 206 right hand drive. Is this a passenger blade or driver blade?

The SP16 Bosch super plus is 16 inches long which is 400mm not 200mm as described. I still have the box and it says for vehicle applications see catalogue 3 397 004 360-FWP, I think you will find it fits the passenger/wearside as it has no anti lift structure. I assume you have measured yours!
