Good product but where is the invoice ?
Product good and does its job but only problem is with the seller communication. Took a long time to dispatch the goods and I have asked for an invoice twice as I do need one but have not heard from the seller and still no invoice. Based on this I Knocked off 1 star.

Better than spending 30 minutes with a drill trying to ...
Snaps the lock straight out. Better than spending 30 minutes with a drill trying to get it open and wearing out your drill bits. Great for doors that are currently unlocked, but beware with locked UPVC doors. Be prepared to call in a locksmith. I snapped the lock out, and my alan key wouldn't open the mechanism. Took the locksmith over 20 minutes to get the door sorted.

Don't expect it to be an exact fit
Won't fit all PVC cylinder locks,if it does it might not be an exact fit.When I used it to break the cylinder lock on my back door,I managed to break the cylinder lock and the rest was left in the door. I'm now left with a backdoor locking mechanism in the door which is unlockable and I can't get the door open.
