Behentrimonium Chloride 2% Conditioner, Lightweight Fragrance-Free Conditioner for All Hair Types, 240ml

I know it's probably not that expensive, but I was a little reluctant to purchase a more "expensive" conditioner, however hardly any is required, smaller than a 50p and I have fine hair to my mid back. It coats the hair beautifully and has lasted for ages, probably longer than supermarket conditioners that you can get through pretty quickly. Was recommended this by ai as I am on a budget but don't like to buy too cheap and want to achieve smooth glossy hair and it doesn't disappoint! It leaves hair smooth and I'm sure it's looking healthier, I often use the squaline by TO in between washes to hydrate the ends or you can add a drop to the conditioner but it's really not needed! My hair has also been bleached and i would often colour with semi permanent colour every 4 weeks or so and it's actually remained very healthy on the ends!

I’m a loyal customer of this product. I have fine and damaged hair and it works wonders. It reduces frizz and makes my hair feel smoother. I tried another conditioner once and my hair became static so I switched back and it’s back to silky smooth. I also apply it before swimming and other activities to protect my hair. It has no noticeable scent and my hair is much easier to comb.

This conditioner is very good for sensitive skin and it leaves my hair soft. The only thing I do not like is the stiff bottle which makes getting the conditioner out a little difficult at times. This would not be ideal for someone who had arthritis or limited mobility in their hands, needs a softer plastic

I have fine, oily, wavy/curly hair that tangles easily. I also have some scalp conditions which mean vegetable oils make my scalp very itchy. Many hair products, especially those for curly hair, contain vegetable oils for adding moisture. This can make it tough for me to find a good hair conditioner that detangles hair easily. At the time of writing this, The Ordinary Behentrimonium Chloride 2% hair conditioner contains no vegetable oils and I've personally found it absolutely amazing for helping me with gently detangling my wet hair in the shower. It also doesn't take me forever to rinse it out. This may not be moisturising enough if you have really dry hair, but I've found it one of the best conditioners for me.

Very hard to get out the bottle especially with wet hands. No pump.

Leaves my hair with a high quality and effective hydration which lasts for several days. My hair has never felt better - you know when those people on TikTok talk about seaweed hair? Yeah, I didn't know what they meant before this - lol. Good price, good quality. The Ordinary strikes my bank account again...
