I find this tea is great in the morning to get you up and moving whereas the afternoon tea has a soothing and calming effect after a busy day. Both teas are excellent. **Q: Are these tea bags individually wrapped or loose in the box? Thanks** A: I was looking for the bigger box with the wrappers, but it came in a smaller box without the wrappers. Will keep the tea bags anyway. **Q: What is the difference between English breakfast and English Tea #1?** A: I prefer English Tea #1 to their English Breakfast. I’d say ET#1 is smoother than EB with just a touch of bergamot, barely noticeable, certainly not as much as an Earl Grey. To me EB is stronger flavored and even a touch bitter, which I don’t prefer. **Q: How much caffine does it have per serving (per teabag)?** A: Do not know. Depends on the type of tea. I like Earl Grey but I think it's a bit too strong and overpowering but I absolutely love the English No 1 tea. It's just so much more refreshing than regular tea - the delicate taste of bergamot, it's perfect.
