Item description and cost issue
Ordered the replacement pack 6 count pack of 2 and only received 1 pack of 2. What a rip off and not what the description states. Now I have to return it to get my 30 dollars back and get a new toothbrush. This product is a good idea but poorly executed.

It's a decent brush but the fibres are too short so it's not that comfortable. Stopped using it
I bought this brush in order to avoid waste of plastic. Unfortunately, the brush is not comfortable and a bit painful to brush.

12 total brush heads, very happy
Was nervous about getting the wrong # of heads based on some old reviews who only received 2 brush heads instead of #12, but everything came just as ordered! Received 2 boxes of the 4 refills/box, so 12 total. Got a great price and couldn't be happier.

Not the scam I thought. Probably my toothbrush for a while
I thought i was going to pay a premium for “saving the planet.” But this is very affordable with 12 replaceable heads. It’s below the average cost of a new toothbrush in my area. And I really like the heads neither to soft or too strong
