It actually works

The bottle arrived within 24 hours and was safely packaged. We have used this before and it does minimise the tear stains. It does not do the job completely, but we have yet to find one that does. It is reasonably priced and does the job, up to a point, hence only 4*.

I bought this as my white pomeranian puppy has brown tearstains under her eyes. I followed the instructions and the product did nothing and my pup hated it. I've found trimming the hair under her eyes works better.

je l'utilise depuis une semaine et le resultat vieent progressivement les poils qui étaient rouge devienent peut a peut a peine jaunis je pense que utiliser chaque jour ca va redevenir quasiment blanc j'ai testé 8 produits avant celui la et vraiment achetez les yeux fermer il est formidable et laisse le poil doux juste l'odeur d'oxygéné un peu forte mais l'efficacité est la bravo

Doesn't seem to work

I've had quite a few topical solutions, and none of them work. I've used Angel Eyes and Angel Glow, and they both work, though it takes quite a while. I waivered on the antibiotic issue. Some websites said it was a problem, some said the am't. was too small to worry about. If she ever got off it, the tear stains came back hard and heavy, even though I wiped the corners of her eyes every morning. This last time, she simply refused to eat her food when it was in it. I REALLY got tired of having to hand feed her in the mornings, when I needed to get ready for work. Sometimes even with me spoon feeding her, she refused, and I'd have to give her more food without it. I tried peanut butter and yogurt, no success. I really didn't expect much out of this product, but thought I'd give it a try. It actually works!!! I dry the corners of her eyes first, then wipe under the tear ducts with the Diamond Eyes. I thought it was fading the tear stains after a couple of days, then was sure it was. Just had her groomed, and they trimmed the faded tear stains off, and she's all white now. I can't believe I found a topical product that works. I know I have to clean every day without fail, but it sure beats the time it took to do both, cleaning and coaxing her to eat her food!! We have a routine - clean her eyes first, small treat, THEN food. She looks forward to it instead of dreading it.
