The extension handle is very helpful for reaching higher surfaces. There is some vibration when holding the device, but once you get used to it, cleaning becomes much easier. I would have given 5 stars, it’s a brilliant scrubber and does a fab job on my wet room floor, but the long handle kept coming loose which was very annoying. I will keep it though as it’s the first thing I’ve bought that actually does clean the floor.
