Such a great product! Holds up very well on tough messes. Easy to wash in the machine and use again and again.

I love these little washable mops. I also love the little steam cleaner that they attached to. Steam cleaning my tile floors is so much better than regular mopping a floor and leaving residue from the cleaner. This alleviates that and it makes my floors feel so much cleaner.

UPDATE as promissed I have upgraded my star level to 5. Although I stand behind my assessment of the pads I must say I am EXTREMELY impressed by their customer service. You can buy this product with 100% confidence. I am a professional house cleaner and always up for trying something new to make my work easier. I LOVE the mop overall but unfortunately I find the material of these pads less absorbant than I had expected. I am hoping after a few washes they soften up a bit. I'll update my post after a few more uses/washes
