As a drink I found the taste quite unpleasant, but then I don't like tea and never drink it, but on cereals or fruit or on marmalade and toast the taste isn't very noticeable so I found it much more palatable. My wife, who's more into this sort of thing, thought it was okay, but not enough to include it in her daily diet in future.
