this is the best toothbrush I've ever used for one of my cats! I've tried at least four others over the years and they have all been too big and too stiff. the tiny brush head fits in cats' mouths perfectly, even when my cat was a kitten. it makes the brushing experience much more tolerable for kitty, and much easier for me - in turn, she gets a better clean and actually gets her teeth brushed daily. the difficulty of and fighting over other brushes just made it too easy for me skip days. but not anymore! not with this toothbrush! I'll never be switching back. I wish this product had been created sooner!

The packaging was real nice. I like the box it came in for storing. The toothbrush is long and thin and easy to maneuver. I like the color choices I bought ocean. I wish the brush had more bristles I can’t put much toothpaste on it. Overall, it’s an excellent product. I wanted to update my review. I really really love this product and my cat tolerates getting his teeth brushed three times a week now but the best thing is I actually see that his molars have gotten a lot cleaner. I also started giving him wellness cat treats so this toothbrush is a hit in my house

I've tried, literally, every toothbrush known to humanity for brushing my cats teeth. "Cat" toothbrushes, "pet" toothbrushes, baby toothbrushes, really small soft spiked human toothbrushes, toothbrushes designed by dentists, etc. I've been using the Ryercat toothbrush since 2023 as one of my cat's toothbrushes. Pros - excellent size of toothbrush head, excellent angle of brush, easy to navigate in your hand (while you are holding your cats lips and mouth open without severely traumatizing them). These brushes are expensive comparatively but I think the cost is fair market value for the design and materials and to support the two designers. Cons. The Cons I have, though, are fairly significant to me. The bristles are too short. This means you have to be right in the cats mouth but more importantly - I think they are too hard and abrasive on the cats gums. The effective of the bristles / abrasion can be compounded: because of the design and length of the handle it's hard (at least for me) to really get a feel for how hard I am brushing. Right now I have changed to dental wipes from Maxi/Guard from brushing to give my cats and their gums a break. Hope this helps others.

RYERCAT brush cleans the crevices between cats' molars of plaque build up with the pointed end of the brush. I am constantly on a search for BETTER cat tooth brush that's safe and effective. Have been using the Japanese brand with tiny head brush head/cat for awhile but the bristles within 1-2 wks wears down to a lopsided nub! I LUV "RYERCAT Dual Sided Cat Toothbrush" for 2 reasons. The bristles are carbon infused, bristles don't get bent/break off(does eventually reshape from lot of use but in a normal way and not in 1-2 weeks....I brush my cats every day) and the pinpoint side bristles are GREAT for plaques that builds up BETWEEN the molars!!!! I brush finger tooth brush afterwards for an OVERALL clean up(safe and gentle) after RYERCAT. Takes 2-3 mins total. Been brushing cats for decade+ and BY FAR the BEST cat tooth brush I've been searching for. I am not sure why the handle is so long however perhaps for bit handed person. The Japanese brand small head brush works for 1-2 weeks then the bristles breaks off/reshape to a lopsided nub. Hate thinking my cat(s) probably ate part of broken off bristle parts. Makes the whole experience better for myself and the cats. I soak cleaned Ryercat brush in diluted 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide in water over night to sterilize both ends/dry and good to go. THANKS for your invention! My 10 year old cat's teeth look good and I want to keep it that way.

This toothbrush is perfectly shaped for a cat’s (reluctant) mouth. After my cat’s yearly dental cleaning ($) and this year’s tooth removal ($$!), I had enough and decided that her teeth were getting brushed from now on. I have tried other toothbrushes and the useless finger device. My cat is not easy nor compliant for anything that requires her mouth being held open. This toothbrush makes that battle easier and I know I can reach all her teeth with the bristles. I am optimistic that at her annual exam in a few months, there will be a noticeable change actually observed by the vet. Pricey - yes. But way less expensive than the yearly cleanings or the tooth removal! Worth it!

Love this toothbrush! The dual heads make it super easy to reach all my cat’s teeth, and the bristles are soft so she doesn’t fight me as much. Her breath is fresher already — totally worth it!

It is a nice small size, so if fits in cat’s tiny mouths pretty well. The bristles are more stiff and cause more bleeding than other brushes we have. The pointed end is also very abrasive, very sharp. Much more expensive than softer bristle brushes, so it won’t be a repeat order for me.

This is truly an amazing product! I got this for my new kitten (green bowtie) who I want to start brushing young so he is used to it. Well long story short hes compliant but he's made quite the literal dent in the tooth brush! I reached out to their customer support from their website on a sunday evening (well past regular business hours) to see if they had a replacement guarantee or something along those lines (they dont) but the owner of the company responded! She was so kind and helpful! Explaining what I can do to avoid this problem in the future! 10/10. On top of the amazing customer service, the product itself is amazing! I'd been using an infant brush prior to the ryer brush and it was just too big and bulky. This gets back to his molars and he doesnt fight it nearly as much as the infant brush!

Fast delivery. Box very unique. Price must be costly so brush cost high? High cost price for box not important. It’s about brush for my cat. 5 times use. He seem feel pain. Quite hard not sure really work? Will try again till brush go end . If work of tartar. I will repeat this order.

Amazing product, it's rather expensive for a tooth brush but I've tried several other brands and this is the only one I've actually been able to brush my cats teeth with. The cat no longer has gingivitis, so £16 on the brush is nothing compared to the vet bill I would have had without it.

Top pick for cat toothbrushes, in my view. Its ergonomic design reaches tough spots in the cat's mouth, and the sharp head removes food debris between teeth. A learning curve exists, but with patience, brushing becomes very easy.

I’ve tried a regular smaller human toothbrush, a finger silicon brush and neither of those fit in my cat’s tiny mouth. But this Ryer cat toothbrush can easily get in between his lips and can get into that difficult back corner of my cat’s teeth where plaque is building up. Honestly a really good toothbrush so far.
