I have been ordering this on subscription since I don't want to be without it. I have ordered this 17 times, per Amazon! I take it nightly and it helps me sleep, and have less anxiety and stress. It has been very effective. It does work. I ordered this brand due to the reviews. The capsules are easy to swallow and are not too big. The price was right too. There is no smell either. My husband takes these too and says it really helps him sleep with less anxiety and stress. I like that these are organic and kosher too.

I appreciate that Zahler’s Ashwagandha uses the bioavailability of KSM-66* in their supplement. An organic extract and clean label of other ingredients, effective dose at a very good price. I have it on subscribe & save.

Definately have a calming effect
I really like these little capsules. They are easy to swallow and definately have a calming effect. I notice when I haven't taken for a day or two. I take them religiously.

Smaller capsules than other brands I've bought, not as potent???
Had many brands of KSM-66 and none have had capsules this small. Did not seem to be as potent. Probably should take 3 instead of 2.
