**Q: How do you replace thes bulbs?**
A: It's pretty easy, just pull down the clipped outer housing. Then, unscrew the long internal round green piece. There is a glass outer casing, pull it down gently and put aside. The bulb just pulls straight out. Just the opposite to replace.

A: I run mine for 12 hours a day...its set up on a timer

**Q: Is the uv light suppose to turn on right away? replaced bulb and tried testing new one. not turning on.**
A: unit turned on, it is very hard to see the light. I suggest you darken the room to find out. The bulb is not very bright at all.

Purchased these at the end of June, installed upon arrival and my first bulb burned out beginning of November, so i got 4 months out of 1 bulb. I keep my UV filter on 24/7. Overall I feel like it was worth the cost. Great product!
