However it is not like a weighted blanket. I love it **Q: Is this rechargeable or does it have to be plugged in to work?** A: It has to be plugged in. But the cord is long. It works wonders for me. **Q: Does the portion that goes over the shoulder have heat in it as well as the rest?** A: Yes, there is some heat over the shoulder but the majority of the heat is spread in the back and neck area. This is the best one out of all the ones I have. Once your neck and back is warm, your body will feel warm too. Another good thing about this one is that when your hands get cold, you can just put your hands between your back and the heating pad to get them warm. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Comfortable, Versatile Heating Pad That Delivers Targeted Relief *by K***R on December 23, 2024* The Snailax Wearable Heating Pad has been a game-changer for managing my back and neck pain. The size is great and love that it is weighted to help stay in place. It feels like a nice warm hug. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fits my whole back!! *by M***G on May 1, 2026* I didn’t realize how much I needed this until I tried it. This heating pad is incredibly comfortable and actually stays in place—which is rare for anything meant for neck and shoulders. The wrap design is genius, and the soft fabric feels like a cozy blanket instead of a typical stiff heating pad. The heat settings are perfect—plenty of range depending on how sore or tense I am—and it heats up quickly. I’ve been using it for upper back tension and neck stiffness, and it makes a noticeable difference within minutes. The coverage is also a huge plus; it reaches across the shoulders and down the back instead of just hitting one small spot. ## Frequently Bought Together - Heating Pad for Back Pain Relief, Snailax Electric Large Heating Pad for Neck and Shoulders,Cramps, Neck Warmer Weighted Wearable Back Heated Wrap, 6 Heat Settings & Auto Shut Off, Washable,Gifts - Tylenol Extra Strength Acetaminophen Rapid Release Gels, Extra Strength Pain Reliever & Fever Reducer, Gelcaps with Laser-Drilled Holes, 500 mg Acetaminophen, 100 ct --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.dk/products/491768894-snailax-large-heating-pad-for-neck-shoulders-and-back-fsa](https://www.desertcart.dk/products/491768894-snailax-large-heating-pad-for-neck-shoulders-and-back-fsa) --- *Product available on Desertcart Denmark* *Store origin: DK* *Last updated: 2026-10-19*
