Sceptical about buying a refurbished phone and don’t really understand the info. I had a refurb before and was very disappointed but I decided to try again and am so pleased I did! Lovely phone, looks and feels brand new. So quick to get working using iCloud. Very impressed and would get a refurb phone in the future, particularly from Amazon

bit more wear and tear than expected but a phone is a phone
all works as expected, phone seems genuine far as I can tell. battery life is good for such an old model. only downside is it was supposed to be like new but it arrived with quite a large dent? scratch? ding? at the bottom near the speakers and a couple little scratches on the other side. not massively noticeable and doesn’t affect performance but I thought I was getting something without visible wear and tear is all

Not a great experience
The phone looked good and seemed to be fine when I switched in on. However the battery (which I assume had been replaced when the phone was renewed) was not OEM and wouldn’t register, probably as a result the phone lost 25% in an hour. Also, the camera didn’t work.Returning it for a refund, but I have to pay the return postage cost, despite it being a defective item. Not impressed.

Very recommended
The truth is that it is the first time I buy a refurbished phone, I have been surprised, it comes in perfect condition and 100% battery, highly recommended, next time I will buy it here again.
