BEWARE! Not useful for making 2-part silicone moulds!
I bought this specifically for the purpose of making 2-part silicone moulds. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear to work too well, and my 2-part mould became very much a one part mould.... Fortunately I was able to salvage it with judicious use of a sharp knife.... That said, on the 2-can listing for the same stuff there is a Q&A which suggests it does work, but you have to really wang it on nice and thick... so I'll give that a go before I give up on it & buy some very expensive stuff which allegedly does work just fine. Notwithstanding its failure on silicone-to-silicone; on any_other_material-to-silicone, it works brilliantly; including: Silicone to clay, PLA plastic, steel and epoxy resin (the materials I've tried so far) - hence 4 stars. Also - if you think this will work for you, I'd recommend buying the twin pack, which for an extra couple of quid gives you a whole extra can the same size.

Great release for resin
Used this spray on my silicone moulds to cast resin sculptures. This release is great. It’s easy to use, sprays on evenly and doesn’t affect the resin or silicone mould. It produces quite a lot of vapour so wear a mask or spray your moulds outside as with any spray but this is great stuff and a great price. I’ll definitely be using it again.

It works like a dream
Using as mould release for fast cast resin tried wax based sprays in the past with different results same good some total fail. So far used this about 30 times on same mould and not failed yet.

Perfect
This was bought as a mould release for my silicone moulds. I use a lot of moulds for my resin work and a few have been destroyed taking projects out of them so I bought this to see if it would make a difference, it did! This stuff is invaluable to anyone who works with resin crafts and uses moulds. My work just pops right out now and no more damaged moulds. Just needs a light misting and its good to go. I'd recommend it.

Does the job, so do other products.
Does what it says on the tin, so no issues with it. But I did originally wonder if any silicone lube works. Such as the version by the WD40 brand. Although others on here said it wouldn’t work. It did, perfectly and cleanly. So if you have any other silicone based lube, use that. Because that’s all this is. Obviously run some tests first to make sure, but you will see that these products are all the same stuff. “Mould release” is just over branding to make it seem specialist.

Good product
Used for silicon moulds for easy removal of products. Chess pieces etc from silicon mould. Works as stated for this purpose. I would not use for edible products. I would not use for making silicon moulds. I see from others, that if they spray an item and then try to make a mould of the item with silicon, when it comes to removing silicon it doesnt work and ruins the mould. I believe there is another product for that purpose.
