Eat fresh as much as possible. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Decent quality roasting pan *by A***R on 15 October 2015* This is a nicely sized roasting tin that can accomadate a decent sized joint of meat, a chicken or other mid sized fowl easily. It will possibly struggle to fit in an Xmas sized turkey but for day to day use it is perfectly sized. It will also fit into smaller ovens nicely. As other reviewers have pointed out it is indeed of relatively thin construction, this is reflected in the price. Despite this it feels surprisingly sturdy when in use and can definitely be used to make gravy on the hob with no issues whatsoever. I have not had any problems at all using it either in the oven or on the hob. I do not use the handles on the sides to lift it so cannot comment on them. The rack is of decent quality and has been fine supporting heavy joints without bending. It does the job it is supposed to do. The pan cleans up well after use, even after using it to slow roast joints for many hours (pork shoulder for pulling etc) I had no problem cleaning it. The only (slight) con is that there are little sharpish pointy bits inside the pan at the back of where the handles are attatched which you can catch yourself on when cleaning - hence 4 stars on my review. It would be improved by smoothing these away during manufacture.
