Can I use in allotment to cover growth?

Could this be used to line the outside wall of a garage and then back-filled with earth? Need to stop water from earth coming through brick work.

In my opinion yes. It is certainly thick enough. I have used it for my shed roof until I can get someone to replace roof

Can i use this with self adhesive velcro as a blackout blind if i cut it to fit? Or will it be too heavy?

Anna - it is quite flexible in spite of being a heavy duty item. Mine was wrapped over log piles for the winter and we have strong winds - has survived well. Would possibly work as a blackout blind but would suggest you contact the manufacturers which is what I did before buying it. Hope this helps. Typhoon Kate

it hasn't degraded over the winter. We use it to stop moss on the tennis court and it has been very effective. We only use it in winter but I think it would block sunlight.
