Not rainbowy prism but cool optical prism
If you turn it in front of a light it does cast colored light effects (Somewhat disco ball esque) but it does not cast rainbows. Very nice-looking shelf bling. Nicely packaged in a gift/storage box.

Fun Escape
I love this little crystal prism. I have been carrying it around in my pocket every day now for 7 months, and I take it out whenever I need a pick me up. I have always loved kaleidescopes, and this is the next best thing. I'm a kid at heart.

Tiny but fun
This is a small prism and can easily get lost. But when the sun hits it just right it does throw some interesting colors. Not sure how a physics teacher would deal with that since it is so small, and a drop would definitely damage it. I consider it more of a fun prism to play with.

I like to play with it. It's so pretty and the colors as it rolls and refracts is amazing. I'll definitely but it again if I lose or break it.
