The lugs on DU323 will accept (1) #12 - 1/0 AWG aluminum or #14 - 1/0 AWG copper conductors per phase. Although the lug will accept #1/0 AWG conductors, the wire bending space available in the switch restricts the maximum to #1 AWG conductors.
