The pillow stays cool.

This is an amazingly comfortable pillow! It’s really helped me as a side sleeper and someone who has an impingement in the shoulder! It offers me the right about if support without putting to much pressure on me! I also don’t snore anymore! It’s just the perfect level of soft and firm! I’ll definitely purchase more!

The outer material is very smooth and it's cool to the touch. Feels like I wouldn't heat up with this pillow. My only complaint/concern is that the pillow feels kinda lumpy. The middle of it feels like it's missing a big handful of stuffing. This is after I unrolled it and let it sit for a bit. I even tried to fluff it some, but it's just kinda sad in the middle.

It doesn't fit into a standard size pillow case, but other than that it's a good pillow.

I like the feel and comfort of the pillow but the off-gassing toxic chemical smell is just too much to handle. I tried sleeping with the blanket over the pillow but it keeps slipping. I also tried covering my face but once i fall asleep that doesn’t work either. So sad.

It does seem to cool and the with the copper infused, really makes for a great pillow.

So far, I've been enjoying how thick this pillow is. It takes a while to sink in to which I like and is very tall, which is something I was looking for. The outside casing is very silky and delicate, I felt like I accidentally snagged it a few times too, but that doesn't matter since I dumped a pillow case over it. The ease of removing the outer casing makes for easy washing as well. I look forward to using this more and seeing how it works longer term for my neck and neck problems.
