Great price compared to other online sellers ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Simple Ideas Are Always The Best! *by P***N on 12 June 2015* This is a classic book of exercises that was born out of a drum teachers need. The author worked hard carefully writing out each exercise by hand with the intention of creating this book so he could save time and his pupils could develop the skill needed to progress in playing syncopated rhythms. It works. It's stood the test of time having been around for over 40yrs and is in the top 5 drum books to own & use list. There's a catch though... Just as Ted Reed the author put in many hours working on this book you will have to do so too. Check out the videos on Youtube and work through the book. Use your imagination after you complete the book and apply the patterns so instead of beats they are rhythms and 1 bar is used as a 4 bar phrase. What you can do through this book is only limited by your mind. Practice the exercises and your skill WILL improve.
