Can this be secured to a belt without relying on a button clasp?

These are by far the best pouches I've found for my Leatherman multitools. They're very strong and hold the multi tool firmly in place. There are also two internal pockets each of which can be used to store a Leatherman tool bit set. It has the versatile Molle attachment system which is securred by a strong press stud. It depends on the width of your belt as to how it fits but hopefully the video will give you an idea.
