Don’t Overthink It
After reading several reviews and Toyota forums, I opted to use this ATF as opposed to the traditional Toyota/Lexus WS, for a drain and fill on my 5th Gen T4R. It’s less expensive, and has worked flawlessly. Shifting from 1st to 2nd gear is noticeably smoother, and after 500 miles, I’ve experienced zero issues. As others have stated, this is a world standard lubricant, used as a manufacturer default in most Japanese automobiles.

High quality at a good price
Good price on this full synthetic fluid. I spent a lot of time reading professional opinions on which oil to use for my recent transmission service. Idemitsu is generally regarded as very high quality - superior to the Toyota house brand which is not full synth. So far its working perfectly. Of course, this transmission is generally considered one of the more reliable units. Be careful to set the fluid level to the correct amount at the correct temperature. There are some very helpful videos on YouTube to demonstrate.

Just what I needed
2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser - Toyota made a special AT fluid for the FJ, which is hard to come by or very expensive. After many contacts in forums and on social media, this was the choice everyone kept suggesting. It's been a couple of months, and all is good.

Excellent
OEM style fluid researched the company and product before application. Have run the fluids for 20k now haven’t had a slip or hesitation on hill climb pulling a trailer up or down hill nice cherry red color. Would definitely recommend to major ATF brands I believe in my opinion to be better then.

Really good oil for the price
Have used it for vw jetta 2013 with 09G aisin transmission. Did reset adaptation after charging oil. Shifting gears became much smoother. Now my transmission is like new. I think it's the same Toyota WS.

Right way to go for WS atf.
Used this product in my 2011 Rav 4 fwd for a fluid/filter change taking in account other reviews, and the product description (WS compatible). While my transmission didn't have any noticeable issues with shifting, the car itself is new to me and I didn't see anything related to the transmission in past service records. After my work was completed I noticed my transmission does indeed shift a whole lot smoother than before!

Quality full synthetic oil rather than “OEM synthetic blend”
Did my atf change. Definitely quality fluid. My 2012 toyota Corolla keeps running like new. It’s definitely a direct replacement part for the Toyota transmission WS ATF OIL. 10/10

Recommend the fluid
DIY on my Toyota RAV4. I replaced the transmission filter, gasket, and Idemitsu ATF Type TLS-LV (WS) fluids. They work well so far.
