Dream webcam come true!
What an outstanding webcam! It just looks spectacular for it's price. it's as easy as it can be to install, just plug and use. It does have a software that is hit or miss with some users, which let's you control basic things for the camera like the visuals, zoom, auto focus and more, but these can also be controlled from windows. It's very compact in size and I've been using it since 2021, so it's as durable as it could be for a webcam. The mic on these never sounds great as expected, but it's acceptable. It comes with a lid that you can slide easily and smoothly to cover the camera. In the end, it served well for the 2020-2024 era and for talking with my friends.

I bought this for a coworker to use for zoom board meetings
My co-worker needed a camera for his zoom meetings. His crappy computer had a camera but no microphone, so he had to logon on zoom on the computer for video, and logon to zoom via phone for sound. He came to me looking for a solution, a zoom camera that would also have sound, but a picture that was better than the usual. He didn't want too much distortion on the camera, plus he wanted a little clearer picture than he was seeing from some of the other board members. There is a wide range of cameras and thus, prices out there, $20-$3,500. Most of the $20 cameras have video options and resolution that leaves something to be desired, so we went up to this tier $40-$55 cost. At this range, most of the cameras have 1080p, and given most people monitors and screens, that is more than enough resolution for a meeting. This camera is great because it is truly plug and play. About a half hour before his zoom meeting, my co-worker had me physically mount the camera on top of his monitor, but he (technology illiterate) did most of the hook up to computer, which basically amounted to plugging the cable into a free USB port. That was it. The 7 year-old PC he uses recognized the camera right away and he was off to the races. Everyone noticed right away how clear he was and the camera is wide enough to encompass his whole cubicle, so not too wide. He remained distortion free in the middle and the sound was excellent, very clear and undistorted. He couldn't be happier with my choice and having spent a little more money. This camera is a good value if you are looking for a good video camera that focuses correctly and responsive microphone that is truly plug and play (for a PC, at least).

Very good webcam without breaking the bank...
Very good camera for the price. The video quality is just OK, which is why I rate this a 4 star item. But ease of installation, functionality and integration with Windows Hello makes this a great inexpensive option for someone looking for an external webcam. I do wish it had its own built in light source, but again, for the price, it's hard to complain too much.

Fantastic value!
This camera had no business being this good, yet here we are. Video quality is sharp and clean for 1080p. Not “marketing 1080p,” but actually looks good on calls and recordings. The Windows Hello feature is the real star. Plug it in, Windows sees it instantly, face scan done, no drivers, no software circus, no reboot rituals. It just works, which in 2026 is apparently a luxury feature. The automatic privacy shutter is excellent. It physically closes when the camera is not in use, none of that fake software-only “trust us bro” privacy. You can see it close. You can hear it snap shut. Very reassuring in a world full of glowing laptop eyes. Microphone is perfectly fine for calls. Not podcast-grade, but clear and usable, which is the job. Facial enhancement is subtle and doesn’t turn you into a wax figure, so points for restraint. What really annoyed me is that this is every bit as good as a Logitech webcam I paid about $50 more for at work. Same usability, same practical quality, minus the brand tax. Build quality feels solid, not flimsy bargain-bin plastic. Bottom line: excellent camera, stupidly easy setup, rock-solid Windows Hello, real privacy shutter, and strong value for the money. Pleasantly surprised, mildly irritated I overpaid elsewhere. The only complaint I have is that it attached to a monitor like every other webcam, with the dumb triangle posture mount that doesn't really work well at all, but it's as well executed as any other. As far as portability, it's plug and play so you can't get much better than that. If you need it for business and windows hello, buy it, you won't regret the purchase.

This webcam was so easy to install - plug-and-play. Up and running in minutes. So happy to eliminate the manual sliding or tilting of the camera on my monitor. Position it once and use the electric zoom, pan and tilt to center the image. I found there were more picture adjustment features than I will ever use. Easy adjustment for exposure, color, brightness, contrast, etc. I found the camera colors to be very realistic. I appreciate the 3 preset camera settings - I can store my best settings for close-ups, bright or low lighting. I ran into one problem as I was trying out the camera. I used email to contact customer support. A rapid reply sorted out my problem.

Ringlight+high res+cover ticks all the right boxes. But the light is not bright enough and I can't control the zoom for conference calls. But for this price I give it 4 stars which in my view closer to 3.5

This webcam ticks all the right boxes at a very decent price. Image quality is superb with the ring light giving extra professionalism. Microphone also very good with great pickup from a comfortable distance. Privacy guard is a bit laughable being a stick on plastic slider but it still does the job (although microphone probably still active regardless). Was worried about this item due to it's lower price point but it's definitely one for those that just want a decent device for video calling.

An excellent low cost, no fuss, surprising good quality and very fast Windows Hello webcam. I used to always buy only Logitech webcams, but they totally dropped the ball when their latest 4k webcam doesn't even support Windows 11 Hello (which is a major part of windows and passkey biometric passwords and logins) and their last Windows Hello webcam is 4 years old and has driver support issues that are unlikely to be updated. I highly recommend this webcam. It does all you need and more at under half the price of an out of date, no windows hello logitech model.
