Hello, only the handset Proxxon micromot 60/e WITHOUT power supply is delivered! To use the speed adjustment you need the power supply PROXXON 28706.

Does it have enough power to drill through pcb board ?

Not a hundred percent sure. Its ideal for model builders/makers. It does have a high speed setting. Be warned though as it requires a separate transformer that also requires a 2 pin to UK 3 pin socket adapter.

Should I buy the power supply? Why should I bother to buy a power supply for this item?

This is a 12 volt unit with the possibility to adjust the speed... but, this is only possible with the appropriate power supply from proxxonPROXXON 28706 is the right power supply
