What is the warranty on the Alpicool C20?

This is the rely I got from Alpicool. Thanks for your advise,we will pay attention to the shipment issue.The C20 model has 1 year warranty.If you are not satisfied with this product,you can submit return request to us ,we will send you pre-paid label to return the unit.Thank you. Fortunately I know Amazon will back me up if any problem come up but there are now many such products with no written Warrantees which is simply UNACCEPTABLE. However, my C20 is behaving well, has the same compressor manufacturer as my Haier an Hisense fridges which have gone many years so fingers crossed seem to be the norm. . but that don't make it right

Our RV freezer won't keep ice cream frozen. Will this keep ice cream frozen?

Have been using this as "Freezer only" in my custom-build full-time van/RV for 2 months now. Running alongside (separate) Engel refrigerator on a 350AH SolarMax (dual battery) setup. Keeps my ice-cream bars just right, makes ice-cubes, keeps frozen foods frozen. If it makes it a year it's a steal at $199.

How loud is it when the compressor is running?

We used it on a road trip and brought into our hotel room at night. The compressor was noticeable once all background noises were removed though I did not lose any sleep. This product performed as advertised. It kept the contents at -5 c

is this product meant for everyday use?

My unit has died. I had it plugged in for the entire time since I received it on March 15, 2018. It slowly began turning into a refrigerator from a freezer. My guess is that it was losing refrigerant. About a month ago it would not even become cool. I have not attempted to have it repaired, yet. If it was designed for everyday use, it did not perform that way.
