Good pickling jar
Good quality kimchi jar. Keeps everything secure and contains the smell good.

Easy to wash and handle
Disappointed that inner lid is not completely flat so that sauerkraut is held below the liquid. It is domed and veg only held down at sides. Having said that I have sk fermenting away and it seems to be ok so maybe with the air extraction it’s not necessary for veg to be submerged. Easier to wash and handle than a traditional fermentation crock

Perfect for small amounts, and small spaces
I have three others in rectangular in two different sizes. I’ve never seen disappointed with my fermentation results. Keeps the smell down, clean and tidy. Not worried about a glass explosion. I LOVE these. Easy to wash in hot soapy water, dry, maybe spray a bit of alcohol solution dry and go. It’s a perfect size for some fermenting for one. Someone with limited refrigerator space. Airtight, durable, and good for almost all your fermentation needs. Great price, great product.

This is just the absolute best thing for what it does. It makes the whole kimchi process from make, to ferment, to store, to eat, so easy. I would not be without it.

I have asked this item to be returned and refunded as I didn't get the size I asked for , i received a very tiny contained even two candies will not fit , until now no respond , this purchased 5 months ago
