Ruff 'n' Tumble Speedy Hedgehog Toy

My cats love this! My three year old Tom especially...he chases it, flings it in the air, sits on it, bunny kicks it with his back legs and when it zips under the settee, he's there for ages, rooting around to try to hook it out! My 19 year old queen has found a new lease of life! She never bothers with anything much but has been on a mission with this! I find with our hedgehog, when you pull it back and set it away, it does a few circles first on our wood floor, then hits the edge of the rug/settee/ table and stops. Because the mechanism hasn't fully unwound, the next paw to touch it, sends it zipping off across the floor again! It's like the thing is alive! Bargain buy...great toy.

I have just been given a very tiny kitten by my son and getting a toy small enough for the kitten to have a rough and tumble is quite hard, I was looking for a small automated kitten for him to play with but they are just a bit to big at the moment so when I saw this hedgehog I thought he might enjoy it. I did glance over the reviews as I wanted to check there were no safety issues with it., so reading some of the reviews I fully understood that he may not move as well as described. It arrived the next day as stated and the rolling mechanism isn't great, it will move but not really well but its enough to get the kittens attention and start playing with it and he loves it. Most of the time he doesn't even need it to move as he is just happy playing with it and it is the perfect size for him. It isn't the bed quality but it's a cat toy not a child's toy, it does look cute and the fur makes it easy for the kitten to hold and play with and it is great value for money, there are not many things you can buy for under £4 that are good value but I can see this toy lasting for a long time (unless I catch it with my wheelchair 😂) This little hedgehog is a real treat for my kitten and I am so glad I got this for him

disappointing ..you have to pull it back let go and it moves forward at speed. received it did the required action a couple of times and then it stopped moving forward...as the cat was mesmerised by it i let him flip it about and he seemed content with this. but it didnt come up to scratch action wise. not really worth the money, for what it is.

This is a cute little toy, and it works much like a toy car where you pull it backwards across the floor then let it go and watch it speed across the room. However this was a waste of money, as the it would not move across any of the floor surfaces in house. For anyone thinking of buying this it does not work on carpet, linoleum or tiles. Disappointing.

Great toy , I like the fact it can sometimes go in circles a little bit , but sometimes puts my kitten off as he prefers something fast moving In one direction , but easy to throw along the floor to make it go faster & he even seems to play with it on his own a little bit

This product is really really small and not made from much in terms of durability hasn't lasted long

Bought it for my dog and he loves casing it around our living room, keeps him entertained for hours and gives us a comedy show. Wouldn't give it to a fig that chews, mine just chases it.

Mignon mais pas très rapide et ne tient pas la distance. Un jouet parmi d'autres. Amuse quand même mes chats...

Un super jouet pour mon chat: c'est robuste et les poils sont assez longs pour qu'il les prennent dans sa gueule!
