Screw-in Replacement
The battery on my Legion Y-545 finally died after 5 years. This battery was a plug-in replacement. The fit was perfect.

Got it in the laptop and holds charge better than that of the original and laptop now has better battery life

Purchased in Oct dead before Dec
I purchased this for my older laptop, Lenovo Legion in mid Oct. Installed the same day it arrived. Worked fine gave the laptop to my son. Around Thanksgiving he began saying the battery isn’t lasting. Now it won’t even take a charge at all.

Cable too short
Packaged well and tools were added to the package. Screw slots all seem to align properly. However, the cable does not reach the slot. There is no way to accommodate this other than send it back and hope a new one arrives with a cable of adequate length.

cord is to short for LENOVO Battery L17M3PG2
This does not fit LENOVO Battery L17M3PG2 even though it says that it will replace it. The wire is to short to work. Do not buy if you need LENOVO Battery model name L17M3PG2.

It comes with a set of tools to opem your laptop and replace the battery. It is pretty straightforward.
