I do not know of a device which passes USB 3.x data lines only. Doesn't mean that it doesn't exist, but I have never seen one - ever. **Q: Would this help on a usb keyboard(aluminum) when I walk around house electrostatic discharge when I touch it kb has to plugged in ?** A: No, this blocks power output from the USB port. As USB keyboards are powered by this voltage output, they keyboard wouldn't work unless it has an ac adapter, or used batteries to operate.
