Haven't had chance to seriously use it yet. But have skimmed through. Seems crammed with ideas I would not otherwise have had. I like the way recipes are categorised into breakfast, meat, veggie, etc.A nice touch is the few words at the bottom of each page, no more than a sentence, where the author suggests how you could turn this particular omelette into more of a meal if you have time. ("Serve on a bed of wilted spinach and halved baby tomatoes". Or "You could try adding some quickly diced black pudding or regular sausage for more of a breakfast meal".)You can't live on omelettes alone but this little book could sometimes save the day.
