**Q: Can anyone please tell me the directions for use? As I received a bottle in foreign language. Thanks.**
A: Shake well; thoroughly wet the animals coat with tepid water - massage small amounts of shampoo into the coat whilst continuously adding water to aid dispersion.Continue until a generous latter is generated. Leave on the coat for at least 5 minutes, rinse well and repeat the procedure. Initially, shampoo twice weekly, and thereafter use weekly or as advised by your veterinary surgeon.  This is taken from the label on the bottle I have at home - really works, but you must leave it on to soak in for at least 5 minutes.

**Q: is it cruelty free?**
A: YES

**Q: Being antifungal and antibacterial,  would you class this as medicated shampoo?**
A: We use it as such but it does not smell medicated at all, and it helps with itchy skin.

**Q: Can i use this on my 11 week old puppy?**
A: No it is for adult dogs. There are shampoos for puppies.
