Customer pics show both black and yellow?** A: They are Yellow, I painted mine black to match the trailer. Looks better than Yellow to me. **Q: will i need to buy bolts or will it come with bolts for my pipe rail trailer. if i need bolts what size do i need. my pipe is 2 3/8** A: The carriage bolts supplied are 2-1/2” long which is not sufficient for 2” pipe top trailers (2” pipe=2-3/8” OD. Not sure why gorilla lift hasnt addressed this as a vast majority of trailers are 2” pipe top trailers. **Q: Can you still attach tool rail to side bars ?** A: You can’t mount anything on or thru the yellow lift bars that sit on top of the rails. If your trailer is long enough you could mount them in front of the yellow lift bars. **Q: What is the max length of travel for the cables?** A: There is a 4 feet traveling distance. ## Frequently Bought Together - Genuine GORILLA-LIFT 2-Sided Trailer Tailgate Lift Assist - 2" Black Plastic Plugs for Square Tubing by Caplugs Package of 4 - GORILLA-LIFT® Genuine Trailer Tailgate Handle --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.dk/products/487570727-gor2lft-2-sided-tailgate-utility-trailer-gate-and-ramp-lift](https://www.desertcart.dk/products/487570727-gor2lft-2-sided-tailgate-utility-trailer-gate-and-ramp-lift) --- *Product available on Desertcart Denmark* *Store origin: DK* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
