Great buy
I love these laptops. It was a gift for my dad since I already own one. Although he was bummed that it wasnโt a 15โ or greater he is very pleased and happy. His job means he is always on the go and as such his laptop also makes those journeys. He is happy and so am I.

Decent laptop, useless webcam. Just wrong webcam.
It's our second Huawei Mate (previous was 14'). Just like the smaller one, it's well-built, it works as it should, and overall a very good value for money. Whoever decided to integrate the camera in the keyboard, should not have done this. There's no position of the laptop which allows to work and be seen on the camera in a way people would agree seeing you. I really don't care if the bazel is a few millimeters wider. Camera should be on the lid. Unlike the 14' model, this one doesn't have backlit keyboard. If these two drawbacks aren't a problem for you, it's a good laptop for a good price.

Very good Laptop
I am very pleased with this laptop, it can be said that it meets my expectations, there are many advantages, among others, the speed of starting the system, it also has vivid and contrasting colors, so programs start quickly without waiting, as I had in previous laptops, etc. I really recommend this product.

Fault after two years
Generally have been good laptops but looks like 2-year fault. I purchased x2 for my kids on the same order in Nov 2021. In Nov 2023 one stopped working a few days before the end of Amazon' 2-year warranty period. It was returned, the service supplier said it couldn't be fixed and Amazon provided a refund and I bought a replacement. Then in Jan 2024, the 2nd one from the original order also stopped working. Amazon say as out of warranty I need to contact Huawei, so I'll see what they say. But feels like no coincidence that they both stopped working at a similar timeframe.
