**Q: is this available in a larger tube (hopefully more economically priced)?**
A: I've never seen a larger tube and it's pricey, but I still buy it, because it's that good.

**Q: Is Silvex the same formula as Silvadene?**
A: Silvex does not have the same formula as Silvadene.  Silvadene is a silver sulfadiazine which is a prescription antibiotic.  Our Silvex Gel is solely a Nano Silver gel that does not contain any sulfa drugs.

**Q: will kill staph or mrsa already present on skin?**
A: Yes I had a bad staph infection.
It was red hot and the center was bigger than a quarter white and yellow I was 1 day from going to the emergency room. It showed up that evening next day 50% improvement by day 12 gone. incredible stuff

**Q: I sliced off the tip of my finger, 5mm round bleeding wound, can I use this ointment before applying gauze?**
A: Hello LKRT.  Yes, you absolutely can use this on your wound before applying gauze.  My wife had a finger tip accident on her cutting board while cutting carrots.  She applied this regularly under gauze pads and bandages for weeks.  Her fingertip grew back and she has no scaring.
