Hi, use a marker to label it, easy to wipe without leaving that sticky residue

Will this hold 250-300 pages? (say, 60 tests)?

Potentially - it won't be a comfortable hold, though. I put a 100 page paper in there along with maybe 100 other pages worth of assorted papers and it made it extremely bulky and start to lose its shape. It did still hold, though.
