This bread is OUTSTANDING!!! My husband and I are on a lectin free diet (plant paradox) and this bread really surpassed all our expectations. It is moist, has the right texture, and is very flavorful. Best gluten free bread I've ever had hands down.

I always load up on these, when they're on sale and try to get them for $5.99 or less. I make my own breads, but these are good as a fill-in, when you're tired or running thin on time. I've made them as Loaf Bread, Dinner Rolls & Pizza Crust. When making pizza crust, I add 1/4 cup sourdough discard and some sugar free honey, but that's optional. I've also made the dinner rolls with Monterey Jack Cheese and Rosemary with just a little garlic powder. This is a denser bread & roll mixture, so don't expect them to be like soft sandwich bread. After baking and letting cool, I slice the loaf into thin slices. Then, I toast them, use for French toast or make grilled cheese sandwiches. I prefer a little stronger cheese like Sharp Cheddar or Pepperjack Cheese. A stronger cheese goes better with the Almond Bread. If I have a few extra slices left, I sometimes freeze them, mix with a little cornbread and make a delicious gluten free Dressing. I highly recommend this. Thank you for reading my review.

Very tasty - great toasted for sandwiches. Although the loaf didnโt rise as much as I thought it would. Pleased with the ingredients and price.

UPDATE: Taking a few stars off my rating. I'm really upset they increased the price. It's $10 now for one box instead of $6. It also increased on their site, $7.99 on the company's website not including shipping. I'm not sure why the sudden price increase but that's pretty significant when I just bought this less than a month ago for almost half the price. I just got this in the mail an hour ago and already whipped up some bagels (recipe on their website) and wow. One box made 10 bagels, could have gotten 12 if I made them smaller, which is pretty inexpensive at almost 50 cents each, compared to other gluten free bagels on the market that are $1-$3 per serving. I was too scared to try the dough plain since it smelled extremely vinegar-y so I threw in some garlic, parlsey, poppy seeds, salt and pepper, and 1/2 cup of cheese. I didn't need all of it though because the vinegar completely baked out. They taste like cheddar bay biscuits. The dough would make great cinnamon bagels too. The texture is like bread and not grainy or dry either. Also, the nutritional value of these is a lot better than typical bagels. For 10 bagels plus the cheese I added, they're 148 calories each, 15 g of carbs, 2.4 g of fiber, and 5 g of protein. I plan on buying this in bulk now and using it to just make bagels. I don't have a loaf pan but I have a donut pan and it's nice because the bread is portioned out and the bagels can also be used for sandwiches, snacks, like a dinner roll, or even topped like a pizza bagel. It gives you all the satisfaction of eating bread without actually eating any grains or gluten. And I was able to make them in under 30 minutes.
