Great addition for those with chronic fatigue.
I have suffered from ME/Cfs for 4 years now and during that time I have spent a small fortune on trying to improve my symptoms, I use D-ribose daily, also I use acetyl-l-carnitine and creatine phosphate daily and I have found these to work well together and to the point that I can function almost as normal energy wise more days than otherwise, good days are better, bad days are a little more manageable. This is a good price for a good product and even more so if you choose to buy 1kg.

Back on my feet!
This stuff is great. I first used it when I had my first bout of CFS. It helped me get my energy levels back. Now as soon as it starts up I take it again. Easy to take, it tastes just like sugar so you can add it to water or tea, coffee, juice.

Energy boost.
This product is excellent. Energy levels low following cancer treatment.Noticed the difference in energy levels within 2 days so very pleased. I mix it with a little orange juice 3 times a day. I think it's tasteless when mixed with water. Thoroughly recommend.

I came across an article saying this might help my energy levels and having tried so so many things I nearly didn't bother I put this in my hot drinks and smoothies. I have to say it works pretty well. I do feel like I have more energy for a few hours a day. I'm by no means back to how I was before I was diagnosed , before I got Lyme disease BUT this supplement is at least giving me a few quality hours able to do physical things again.
