We loved following the route of the gingerbread man ‘ around, over, through … ‘ and counting and naming who was following him. An excellent book, I highly recommend.

A super book
My two year old granddaughter engaged with this book immediately. She loved the pictures and the repeating rhyme/song. Lovely book-toddler loves it!
I can’t count how many times we’ve read this book since we bought it. Lovely story, just right for 3-4 year olds. Looking forward to getting some more of the series. Also love the three little pigs one!!

Lovely pictures. Sticks to original story line. Has the repetitive chorus that children love. I knitted a Gingerbread man jumper to go with it as a Xmas present.

Both my boys have been obsessed with this book since age 2
A wonderful rendition of the classic story. The delicious illustrations seem to occupy the young cake obsessed minds and the beautiful use of simple language make this a lovely read. This is our second copy due to the first one falling apart completely, it was read so much!

Our daughter is 2.5 and loves this book. It has great pictures and we love the size of it since it is a little bigger as she has recently graduated past board books. The pages are a little thicker than standard which is nice her her to turn the pages.

For the longest time I was looking for a Gingerbread Man book. Finally found one that I like. The colorful pictures are great and my students enjoyed the story. It was well written rhyming, patterned format and catchy phrases.
