The smallest is big enough for say a 50mm prime lens, the second smallest is big enough for something like a 18-55 or maybe an 85mm lens, next size is bigger, maybe a 24-105mm sort of size and the biggest will hold a 70-200mm. They seem fairly decent quality and should give your lens a bit of extra protection and help keep dust ect off them.
