A Must-Have Tool for Strengthening Lower Legs!
As a college student dedicated to maintaining an active lifestyle, I recently discovered the Tib Bar, and it has become an essential part of my fitness routine. This versatile piece of equipment is designed to strengthen the calves, shins, and ankles, providing an effective way to target and develop often-overlooked lower leg muscles. I can confidently say that the Tib Bar is a must-have tool for anyone looking to take their leg training to the next level. One of the standout features of the Tib Bar is its compatibility with both 1" and 2" weight plates. This allows for customizable resistance, catering to my fitness level and goals. The sturdy construction ensures stability and safety, even during intense workouts. With the Tib Bar, I can confidently load up the weight plates and challenge myself to progressively increase the resistance for continuous growth and strength development. Using the Tib Bar has yielded noticeable results in my lower leg strength and stability. The targeted focus on the tibialis anterior muscles, often neglected in traditional leg exercises, has significantly improved my calf strength and ankle stability. Whether I'm performing calf raises or working on my knees-over-toes technique, the Tib Bar provides the necessary support and proper alignment to enhance my overall lower leg strength. In addition to its effectiveness, the compact size of the Tib Bar is perfect for my college lifestyle. It doesn't take up much space in my dorm room or apartment, and it's easy to set up and store away when not in use. The simplicity of the design allows me to seamlessly incorporate the Tib Bar into my workouts, whether I'm following a structured program or adding it as a supplementary exercise to my existing routine. The Tib Bar is an invaluable tool for strengthening the calves, shins, and ankles. Its compatibility with Olympic weight plates, targeted focus, and compact design make it a standout piece of equipment for college students like myself. If you're looking to enhance your lower leg strength and stability, I highly recommend investing in the Tib Bar.

Helps with preventing shin splints
As someone who is getting back into running, I was quickly confronted with an obstacle: shin splints. But this thing has REALLY helped with preventing them from occurring again, as well as strengthening those muscles to prevent further injury.

Decent.
Kind of cheaply built it seems but works for what itโs intended for. Decent value for the money.

Simple but effective
The Fitarc Tib Bar was easy to assemble. The only issue is that the pin is missing. However, I don't foresee that as a problem for me. I don't plan to stack a ton of weights on it, and the collar is very secure. It's a simple piece of equipment to use, and I have used it for both leg extensions and tibialis exercises.

This bar has one fatal flaw
UPDATE: After writing my 3 star review I've started using my new Tib bar... do NOT buy this bar, it doesn't hit your tibs as well as other bars for the reason I've sited below; you're better off using zero equipment against a wall than this bar. Original Review: I've been using this bar since March when I purchased it. It's been solid and does do the job, however, the weights are really too close to your feet. So if you put a plate bigger than a 5LB plate on first you are forced to smash your feet by the plate itself. There just isn't enough distance between the back of the plate and your foot. This causes excess rubbing onto the padding and has caused my pads to start to tear. Also while it's not having the pads on your heels, that's completely un-necessary. You only need pads at the top for the top of your feet not for your heels to rest on. The bar did come well packaged, however, I do not recommend this product for purchase. Buy a different bar that has the proper clearance so when your Tibs get stronger and you can start to do the 25 or 45 pound weights you won't have issues. I even had an issue with 10 LB plates...

Decent Tib Bar / Trainer
Nothing at all wrong with this tib bar. Decently sturdy steel, feels solid. Maybe bolts could be a little thicker, but time will tell how it holds up to the weight put on it. And for the people saying the weight squishes their toes...YOU'RE USING IT UPSIDE DOWN!!! Flip it over, and it'll work fine (in their defense, some pictures of the produce show it the correct way, and some the wrong way around). It should be used like a capital "T"...if you use it like this _I__ , then it's upside down.

Solid bit of kit
Great bit of kit to try and stop those shin splint coming back. Have recommended to lots of my athletes. Not overpriced like some of the other brands. But solid heavy piece of equipment.
