Ease of use! 1 minute and I had a working remote again. easy to setup, hold 2 buttons for 5 seconds and paired up and working great. Love how easy it was.

Let me start by saying that I'm a picky person with things like this. So much so that I was really close to ordering a brand new remote directly from Samsung to the tune of like $180 after the one my wife ordered from another company selling on Amazon didn't meet my expectations. The one we tried before this one was too 'clicky', wouldn't work without line of sight at the TV, and the buttons were not responsive. There was a fine line between the button press not doing anything and it registering twice. This new one that I'm reviewing right now from THIS listing is so good it's legitimately better than the factory Samsung remote that came with the TV brand new! It's even more responsive, works no matter where it's buried, pointed, in the other room, upstairs, whatever... The buttons have a slight click but it's quiet, which is perfect. You know the exact point that the button was pressed, which makes the factory remote feel spongey and inaccurate in comparison. So for $15 I got a remote that better than the $180 factory option... And that's insane value. Two important things to consider: 1: Make sure the remote is compatible with your TV. I'm sure this is where the few negative reviews come from. Make sure your original remote has the exact same buttons... I've seen that if you get one with even slightly different buttons (like the 3 quick access buttons for Netflix, Prime, and Hulu) they tend to not work correctly. 2: Don't forget to pair it to the TV, which is really easy to do... Just point it at the TV while it's on, then press and hold the back arrow and the play/pause buttons together. That's it. Takes 5 seconds. This remote seriously works PERFECTLY. Every button works, and works instantly. I like it so much I bought another to replace the factory Samsung remote for our bedroom TV, relegating the factory one to backup status in the junk drawer... If you need a replacement remote for your Samsung TV, and your TV is compatible with this one... BUY IT. THIS IS THE ONE.

It suffers from a design flaw shared by all these remotes. At the center, due to the placement of the function control lever, all of these remotes break. There is not enough meat to handle the stress placed on the chassis when selections are made. As well, during transit, there are other items of varying weight on top of this item, which causes the bow in that area to fracture. Upon receipt, I placed it in a cradle I made to keep it from breaking free further.

These glow and make it so easy for me to find the remote in the dark. They fit the remote perfect and the colors are great. They’re definitely worth the money. My dog doesn’t even try to chew the remote with the sleeve on

I love it when something works as advertised. The instructions were simple to follow and I had it working in seconds! A huge accomplishment for me since I can be challenged with electronics.

Not as i expected

10/10 so far just got it and it worked right off the bay at first the voice function did not work but when I actually paired it to the TV The Voice function worked so it's a really good product and it goes well to my Samsung CU 8,000 43-in TV

If I could I'd give this Samsung voice remote 10 stars. Pairs with the TV in 10 seconds. Works better than the original.

Perfect

Good. Works straight out of the box for 90% of functions on the Frame. The only issues are the On/ Off does not have continuous hold and only puts the TV into art mode and not off/ standby. Also the fast fwd button also isn't continuous and needs to press for any forward or backwards and not a smooth scroll like the original. Not bad for the price I guess

The direction button to the right is so hard to press and not working properly. I hope the customer service team can help or provide a better remote product.

Value for money product.works flawlessly but the only draw back is the voice command not working.
