Yaki Nori are roasted seaweed sheets made for sushi/kappa/temaki rolls. Seaweeds are an excellent source of fibres, proteins, vitamins and minerals. An essential food in Japanese culture. One sheet of seaweed can be used as a whole, or be torn along the perforated seams creating up to approx 6 separate strips. Toast over a flame to create a crispier texture, Yaki Nori is perfect for making sushi, or just a quick riceball snack. This red version is a basic nori seaweed for everyday use and is great value. 10 sheets. It arrived on time and in perfect condition despite the fact that it was sent only in a large envelope without any packaging. Nice taste, possibly not the best quality on the market, but if you like making sushi at home, then this is for you. I also go to Chinese supermarkets quite a lot and they stock the same product at a little higher price so with the postage, order this and save yourself the hassle! Good quality for a good price
I had a good look at other supermarket's prices before buying this and wasn't disappointed. It arrived on time and in perfect condition despite the fact that it was sent only in a large envelope without any packaging. Nice taste, possibly not the best quality on the market, but if you like making sushi at home, then this is for you. I also go to Chinese supermarkets quite a lot and they stock the same product at a little higher price so with the postage, order this and save yourself the hassle!

Great Service!
I ordered these on a Friday afternoon and was expecting for these to arrive sometime during the next week like they said. However! The package arrive a day early and although I haven't actually used any I know the brand is fine from previous experience and the price is great especially as you don't even have to leave the house!

Smelly old fish taste
I love fish and anything a bit exotic and am quite a good cook so I decided to make some sushi. Not having tried it before, I decided to make 'california rolls'. The truth is, I think I would have enjoyed them if it hadn't been for the awful fishy taste of this nori. To me it had a tang of old cod liver oil - reminded me of portuguese bacalhau! I'm afraid the rest will be going in the bin. Good job it wasn't too expensive.
