I liked this item so much that I got an extra one for my camper. I like that it stainless steel and you can use it with or without a paper filter (the filters make your coffee a bit stronger and make cleanup much much easier, btw). It comes apart and snaps back together if needed, but I've never needed to take it apart. It is well designed so that the coffee flows down into your cup and not all over the counter.

I was using a plastic dripper and disposable filters and used to have a French press. This is superior to both, easier to clean, and more efficient.

Easy to use and clean, my only complaint is the bottom falls off way too easily. Not when on your cup and using it, that works fine. It's when flip it over to get the grinds out and into my compost bucket it falls off with even a light tap. Easy to put back on though. Just annoying. I starting using it when my kuerig quit on me. I have an electric tea kettle and just heat up my water that way, but if i lost power I could easily heat water with a pot on the fire. It's very well made and solid though. Suggest course ground coffee as the finer grinds somehow get through the very fine holes, my coffee is course but i have some leftover eco pods and mixed them with my coffee so not wasting and found the super fine "dust" manages to come through. Filters otherwise super! The water does flow somewhat quick but honestly about the same as with the keurig. I like that I can pour 18-19oz into my 20oz yeti and see when I'm getting full and need just enough to add my ½ and ½.

The LHS Pour Over Coffee Dripper Stainless Steel (1-4 cup) is awesome! I was new at pour-overs and found this to be the perfect mesh and NOT dual layer... so it drips easily with Starbucks pre-ground French Roast without clogging... not too fast, not too slow, just right! Cleans easily. I did a lot of research and found 0.2mm SINGLE LAYER mesh is the best, and I lucked out by getting this one for my first pour-over. I paired it with the Cosori Gooseneck Electric Kettle with 5 Variable Presets, Pour Over & Coffee maker, 100% Stainless Steel Inner Lid & Bottom, 1200 Watt Quick Heating, 0.8L, Silver which is also perfect.

I'm currently living in my camper so space is limited and I didn't want to take up what little counter space I have with a coffee pot. I have an electric kettle and I had been using a funnel and a coffee filter to make coffee and it was super messy and took a long time for the water to go through the filter. I had no idea something like this even existed so I was pleasantly surprised to find this coffee making contraption. It doesn't take long for my electric kettle to boil water, so the whole process of making coffee takes me less than 10 minutes. Once the water is boiling it's literally less than a minute and I have almost a whole pot of coffee. The water runs through this strainer very quickly. I have been sitting it on top of a large insulated water jug. I then put the lid on and it stays hot for hours if you want another cup. It works on cups and mugs of all sizes if you want to make a little or a lot. The mouth on my insulated jug is really big (big enough I can stick my whole hand in it) and this fits on there perfectly. There are no messy drips to clean up, and emptying the grounds out of it is super easy. It's also very quick and easy to clean. I appreciate that the base is easily removed for thorough cleaning and drying, and easily attaches back with no trouble. It also takes up very little space in my cabinet. As long as you aren't doing anything crazy with it I feel like it will last a long time. It was worth every penny and I'm so happy with it! I'm so glad I don't have a whole coffee pot to deal with and I don't have to worry about buying filters!

Honestly one of the better cups of coffee i have hand in a while. Over feels a little fragile for camping, but wow what a great cup. Use a filter for ease of use, but would recommend for any coffee lover

I love this filter and just bought a 2nd one for our Airbnb studio. So easy to use to make more delicious coffee than any of my other methods. It does leave a little sludge in the bottom of your cup which can be solved by a slightly coarser grind, using a filter or simply rinsing the cup which is what I do.

My wife bought me a pour over set almost a year ago, since coffee is something I enjoy. And my tastes have evolved over the years. I used to buy pre-ground coffee and use an automatic drip coffee maker. I eventually tried whole beans and grinding them, which put an end to pre-ground coffee. (Hard to go back once you taste the difference) Then I went from a loud automatic grinder to a quiet hand held, manual grinder. Noticing the more balanced flavor a consistent grind gave me. And then the pour over. Well, that took some getting used to and a lot of experimenting, finding the right grind, trying for that 'bloom' and such. I was almost getting it down when another part started to bother me. The time it took for the water to finish going through the filter. I was winding up with coffee that was just...pretty warm. So...I start researching a thermal carafe and it was perfect. Gave me hot coffee again - for a little while. Then it got where I was pouring from the thermal carafe back into the glass and putting it in the microwave for a minute or two to make it hot enough again. But I could swear that was at the cost of flavor, as it didn't quite taste as good after. It got to where it felt ridiculous to go through all this effort and I was about THIS close to just giving up on the whole hassle of it all. So I order a tiny Mr. Coffee maker, figuring I'll just keep grinding my beans and have that do the work and at least have hot coffee. But, dang it again...it just wasn't the same. At all. It was hot, sure, but totally lacking in flavor. At my wits end, I start researching reusable filters. Maybe, just MAYBE, that will solve all my problems? I was so excited to get this in the mail. I opened it up and went to wash it out so I can test out my last hope of a home made, flavorful, hot cup of coffee. As I'm rinsing out the soap, I figure I'll put it side by side with my other filter (which I had cleaned after every use, always) and was surprised to see that I couldn't even get this new filter to hold water long enough to see how slow it drains. While my other filter filled right up and slowly drained about half way. Well, that certainly seemed promising! And I'm happy to inform anyone taking the time to read this long tale that it solved ALL my pour over coffee issues! This filter works brilliantly. I tend to grind my coffee on the finer side and was a little worried about grounds on the bottom of my cup (nothing worse than that last sip and GAG!), but have thus far had no problems. The only problem I have now is having to wait a little bit because it pours over so quick into a thermal carafe and then I pour into a Zojirushi thermal mug and it stays piping hot. Almost TOO hot. This filter has me back on track with really tasty coffee again. I would not hesitate to recommend and I already have to anyone I know who enjoys coffee enough to make it this way. And I hope it works for anyone who reads this as good as it works for me! Follow-up note [December 2022]: Several months ago, the supporting rim around the top of the filter came off. Just seems the welding points weren't very good and it just popped off. I figured it must have been a fluke, but who knows? The filter has been working fine, however, without the supporting rim the cone isn't as sturdy and cleaning is starting to cause the bottom plug portion of the filter to also come loose. I'm afraid it's only a short matter of time before I'm faced with buying a new filter. (Apparently only a matter of hours. See photo. I'm hoping this was a fluke and looks like I will have to order a replacement)

Already had a stainless steel, double wall filter which i use at work. It cost less than half the price of this one and leaves very little sludge in the cup. This LHS filter is single wall and doesnt filter quite as well. I do like how the base separates from the body which makes it less likely to be damaged. The base is also quite large allowing it to sit safely on most cups. I like how there is no waste of paper and the grounds can go into compost. It's easy to clean, looks pretty, makes a quick cup of coffee but I do think it's expensive for what it is.

Habe dieses Kaffeesieb gekauft da mein altes ein löchlein hat aber bei diesem Sieb kommt mehr Kaffeesatz mit durch als bei meinem alten mit löchlein. Vielleicht nur für groben Tee zu gebrauchen.

Very easy to clean; you can just rinse it under warm water or use soap. This filter can block off water if poured in gently. Just make sure to set your burr grinder to a bit more coarse setting, and then it will have no issues if you don't like coffee residue in your cup.
